ABOUT THE ROLE

How about – we are entrusted with managing more than 400 of Residential and 120 Commercial Real Estate tenancies

Your role will include:

X Day to day management of residential properties with support provided

X Dedicated agents to offer support through various aspects of the rent roll

X Day to day property management including routine inspections

X Continuation of a very efficiently run local portfolio

X Working with Excellent clients and hand-picked tenants

38hr week with no weekend work + Quarterly Bonuses

Option to expand your knowledge and grow within the agency, with the option to learn the commercial leasing side for suitable applicants.

ABOUT YOU:

· Above all – an honest, caring attitude!

· Real Estate Registration Certificate

Property Management Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Intermediate IT skills

· Knowledge of CRM systems – we use Property Me – training provided.

A current Australian Driver’s License

A high level of organisation and attention to detail

A love and passion for Customer service
