About the role

PWZ Realty is seeking an exceptional Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Everton Hills, QLD, primarily for on-site property management. As a full-time Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the seamless operation and profitability of our client's investments.

What you'll be doing

Effectively managing a portfolio of residential properties, including coordination of inspections, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Proactively identifying and addressing issues to ensure properties are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.

Handling all aspects of the leasing process, from advertising vacancies to conducting viewings and finalising tenancy agreements, entry and exit reports, etc.

Liaise with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople when required, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Conduct routine inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained

Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Property Manager, preferably within the residential sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both landlords and tenants

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Thorough understanding of residential tenancy laws, property management best practices, and relevant industry regulations

Proficiency in using property management software (PropertyMe), and digital tools to streamline workflows

A positive, customer-focused attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service

Fluency in multiple languages preferred -especially Mandarin and Cantonese

A current QLD driver’s license.

A current QLD Real Estate Certificate.
