About You
We need someone who is proactive, highly organised, and reliable—an experienced administrator with a solution-focused mindset and the ability to work independently. Who culturally aligns themselves with our business's key values of being trusted, responsible, connected and innovative.
This role is based in the St Kilda Road office for 20-25 hours over the week.
Ideally, you’ll have the following skills and attributes:
3-5+ years’ experience in a corporate environment in a similar role
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Key Responsibilities
Office Coordination: Reception duties, managing calls, deliveries, mail, and visitor greetings
Office Management: Ordering supplies, maintaining office presentation, booking meetings/events/travel
Financial Admin: Preparing monthly office account reconciliations and miscellaneous payments
Executive Support: Assisting the CEO and senior management with reports and investor administration
Document Management: Updating company templates, marketing materials, and reference guides
Team Support: Onboarding/offboarding employees, managing mailing lists, and providing backup admin support
