South West TAFE is seeking an organised and proactive Administration Officer to support the efficient operation of our Facilities team across southwest Victoria. You'll play a key role in managing contractor compliance, handling bookings and procurement, and ensuring facility records are up to date.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Certificate IV in Business (Administration) or equivalent qualification or at least 2 year’s relevant office experience.
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Quick adaptability to new systems and tools
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and sites

As our Facilities & OHS departments work closely together, this position could be worked concurrently with our Administration Officer – OHS position which is also currently being advertised. If you are interested in a full-time opportunity, please ensure you apply for both roles.
