About the role
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a hands-on role in end-to-end recruitment, working closely with leaders to support workforce planning and deliver contemporary hiring solutions. You’ll also contribute to projects aimed at improving recruitment processes and systems.

• Deliver end to end recruitment across a defined portfolio
• Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning
• Advise leaders on hiring strategies and market trends
• Contribute to employer branding and pipeline development
• Support visa and compliance requirements where needed

About you
You bring depth of experience and the ability to quickly build trust and credibility with stakeholders. You're proactive, solutions-focused, and thrive in collaborative environments.

• 3+ years' experience in end-to-end recruitment
• A strong partnering style and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience using eRecruitment systems (Turbo Recruit a plus)
• Available to start immediately or at short notice
