Join Our Team as a Client Engagement & Sales Specialist!
Are you passionate about helping others while using your natural sales flair to make a meaningful impact? At Comlink Australia, we’re looking for a people-person who can confidently guide new clients through our aged care services — turning first contact into lasting relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for new business inquiries — creating strong first impressions, building trust, and showcasing the value of our services with warmth and professionalism.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, explain service options clearly, and help them make informed decisions — acting as both a trusted advisor and persuasive advocate.
Collaborate with internal teams to create a smooth onboarding journey that not only informs but encourages commitment to our services.
Navigate multiple systems efficiently to keep the sales funnel moving and ensure timely, accurate communication across all touchpoints.
Provide guidance and information to individuals exploring aged care — positioning Comlink Australia as their first and best choice.
Who We’re Looking For:
You thrive on connecting with people, building trust quickly, and turning inquiries into loyal clients. You know that great sales come from understanding needs and delivering real value.
You're confident, clear, and compassionate — able to guide conversations with warmth while moving them toward meaningful outcomes for both the client and the business.
With a background in customer service, client engagement, or consultative sales — ideally in aged care or healthcare — you're ready to step into a role where your people skills directly drive company growth and community impact.
