We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong knowledge of policy and legislation interpretation, with experience in recruitment initiatives. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organisational, and project management skills, thriving under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills are essential, and experience in timesheet management, or data entry would be ideal.
What you'll do
- Maintain and process accurate timesheets and utilise advanced Excel skills to track, analyse, and report operational data for recovery efforts.
- Provide timely and accurate advice on legislation, directives, policies, and procedures to the Manager, Attraction Team, and stakeholders to support key initiatives and objectives for statewide recruitment and attraction strategies.
- Interpret policy and legislation, offering recommendations to ensure compliant and consistent practices across Queensland Health's recovery and recruitment initiatives.
- Lead and manage disaster recovery initiatives, including preparing financial documents for recoverable costs to support communities in rebuilding post-disaster.
- Provide practical recommendations, coaching, and advice on attraction strategies, recruitment processes, and best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement.
