Description

• Support in the management of business intranet & external facing websites, including content management
• Assist in collating content, coordinating reviews, managing time-lines, and liaising with internal stakeholders
• Support internal & external stakeholder liaison activities & projects, including conference & events
• Monitor & manage communications team inbox, triaging emails & ensuring timely responses
• Support the creation & distribution of EDMs
• Social media scheduling & monitoring
• Support the Strategic Communications & Engagement Directorate with administration duties

Profile

• Confident in using Digital Tools & Content Platforms (Web/Intranet Updates - Social Posts - EDMs - Presentations)
• High Attention to Detail
• Excellent Organisational Skills
• Strong Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) & Ability to Respond in Timely Manner
• Ability to Manage Competing Priorities & Deadline Driven Environment
• Positive Team Player who is Willing to Learn
• Previous Experience working in Communications Team
• High Level Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
