We are working with a leading mining company based in the Perth CBD who are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team. This is a 6-month temporary contract with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-function accounts payable processing
• Matching, batching, coding, and processing high-volume invoices
• Managing payment runs and supplier reconciliations
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
• Supporting month-end processes and reporting

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in end-to-end accounts payable
• Pronto system experience is essential
• iTrack experience highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Mining or resources industry experience preferred
