The Position:
This is a full-time, on-site leadership opportunity based in Banyo. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial performance of the business, managing key personnel, and driving operational efficiency.

You will report to the business owner and have 3 direct reports (Service Manager, Install Manager, and Service Coordinator), as well as 15 indirect reports across technical and support teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full P&L ownership and commercial performance
• Leading and mentoring staff across departments
• Driving business growth and branch efficiency
• Managing customer and supplier relationships
• Ensuring safety and compliance across operations

This is not an operations or technical HVAC role - advanced technical experience is not required.

The Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you'll bring proven leadership and business acumen from a similar environment - ideally from within the trades, HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical wholesale sectors.

You will also demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong commercial and financial management skills (P&L)
• Excellent customer and supplier relationship management
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to identify and seize opportunities
• Exceptional people management and team leadership abilities
• A proactive, autonomous approach
• Must live within a commutable distance to Banyo
