About the role:
We’re on the lookout for a switched on, people focused Growth & Support Specialist to join a growing national brand in the commercial fitout space. This role blends business coaching, operational support, and strategic development to help franchise partners thrive.
You’ll work closely with local business owners across NSW/ACT, offering hands on support in everything from pipeline and profitability to compliance and capability. No two days are the same, so if you love travelling between projects, building genuine partnerships, and seeing others succeed, you’ll thrive here.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting franchise partners on business growth, financial performance, and client relationships.
- Coaching on project delivery, cash flow, sales processes, and supplier negotiations.
- Leading onboarding and training for new franchise partners.
- Facilitating reviews, site visits, performance reporting, and improvement plans.
- Playing a key role in compliance, contract guidance, and brand integrity.
- Attending and contributing to industry-leading events, forums, and conferences.
What you'll bring:
- Cert IV in Building & Construction OR Diploma of Business/Management.
- Strong experience in fitouts, construction, or project delivery.
- Strong business acumen where you are able to coach on forecasting, reporting & systems.
- Confident communicator who can influence, lead, and support.
- Proficiency in tools like Xero, Buildxact, Zoho CRM (or similar).
- A driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly across NSW/ACT.
