We are seeking a Business Sales Manager for our client, a global technology leader. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is passionate about technology, sales, and building meaningful business relationships.

Contract: 12 months
Location: North Sydney
Hybrid: Tues-Thursday on-site
Rate: Up to $645/day + Super
***Must be Australian PR/Citizen ***

As the Business Sales Manager, you will focus on driving device and hardware sales, creating and nurturing business leads, and generating new opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Commercial Lead and other key stakeholders to deliver success in the SMB and SMC client segments.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the acquisition of new customers, focusing on device and hardware sales through innovative programs, marketing initiatives, and demand generation strategies.

Optimize retention and upsell opportunities with existing customers, building strong, repeat relationships.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences that set the company apart from competitors.

Manage and track customer and transactional information using CRM systems.

Lead a matrix account team to develop and manage sales pipelines, enhance customer relationships, and deliver value.

Build and manage strategic partner alliances as part of an integrated account and commercial plan.

Stay ahead of customer needs by understanding their business challenges, market competition, and industry trends.

About You

To succeed in this role, you need to be a driven, relationship-focused professional with a passion for technology and sales. You’ll also bring:

A university degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, ideally with 5+ years in sales or business development.

Strong experience in device and hardware sales.

eCommerce experience (desirable).

A deep understanding of how businesses use technology and the solutions that devices and services can offer.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of attention to detail.

Strong people and presentation skills, with the ability to energize and inspire others.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset, thriving in dynamic environments.
