About the role

Binners Farm Food Truck is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food Truck Business Manager to join our team. This position is based in Helensburgh, NSW 2508 and will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and growth of our thriving food truck business.

What you'll be doing

Manage the daily operations of the food truck, including staffing, inventory, and compliance

Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and expand our customer base

Identify opportunities to grow the business

Ensure the food truck and its operations adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of passionate food truck staff

Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability

What we're looking for

Proven experience in managing a successful food truck or similar food service business

Strong operational and management skills, with the ability to set and achieve business targets

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting customer relationships

Passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of food trends and customer preferences

Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a positive solutions-focused mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
