As our practice continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced Estate Litigation Lawyer to join our team and take a leading role in complex, rewarding matters.

The Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity for a lawyer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in estate litigation. You’ll work closely with clients across a range of sensitive and high-value estate matters. You’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy, support from senior counsel, and the chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of estate litigation matters from inception to resolution

Draft court documents, correspondence, legal advice, and settlement proposals

Negotiate and participate in mediations and settlement conferences

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Collaborate with a close-knit team of professionals

What We’re Looking For:

Admitted to practice law in Queensland with at least 3 years’ post-admission experience in estate litigation

Demonstrated experience in estate disputes including contested wills, family provision applications, and probate issues

Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage files independently with excellent attention to detail

A team player with a client-first approach and high emotional intelligence
