The team itself is substantial, and this role has come about due to growth of the practice. You will have the requisite Paralegal and PA support and direct access to mentoring from a down to earth Partner. With many impressive long-standing clients, the team remains busy at all times and as such, is seeking a driven junior lawyer to assist.

The Role

As a Junior Real Estate Lawyer, you will:

Engage in high-end development work, including off-the-plan contracts.

Gain exposure to a diverse range of matters such as leasing, commercial acquisitions and disposals, and general property advisory work.

Receive comprehensive mentorship and training, ensuring a solid foundation for long-term career progression.

Collaborate within a collegiate and supportive team environment.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 1 year and up to 3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable real estate practice.

Experience in commercial property matters; exposure to development and leasing is highly desirable.

A genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in real estate law.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
