The Role:

Our client is seeking an Associate with 2 - 5 years' experience to join their high performing commercial property team. With a variety of interesting matters, there will be diversity in this role to challenge and engage. It will provide you the opportunity to:

· Represent both buyers and sellers in commercial property transactions across a wide range of asset classes.

· Advise in off the plan development work.

· Act on commercial office, industrial and retail leasing.

· Work with clients such as retail and property developers, commercial building owners, family-owned businesses and government departments.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will exhibit the following:

· 2-5 Years PAE

· Previous experience in commercial property

· Excellent organisational and file management skills

· Enjoyment in solving problems in a commercial context

· A genuine interest in the property and real estate sector.
