The great opportunity is ideal for a junior lawyer who is looking to gain experience across litigation and property. You will work with seasoned professionals who take pride in mentoring and training junior lawyers.

Typical duties will include::

• Maintaining files
• Legal research
• drafting legal and court documents
• residential property sale documents
• Preparing Sale Documents including Contract of Sale and Vendor Statements;
• Attending to State Revenue Office forms, Statements of Adjustments and PEXA settlements

The successful applicant will have :

• Currently Admitted as a lawyer in Qld
• pre-admission experience as a paralegal with a law firm
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
• Competent in file management, drafting documents, correspondence, and searches.
• A commitment to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to problem solve.
