We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Wills & Estates Lawyer or Senior Associate with 3–6+ years post-admission experience. Whether you're building toward a more senior role or already operating at that level, you'll find the right platform here to grow, lead, and thrive.

About the Role:
You’ll be working with a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, advising across the full spectrum of estate matters:

Drafting wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, and advanced health directives

Estate planning, asset protection, and wealth structuring

Probate and letters of administration

Estate administration, including complex and contested estates

Working closely with our commercial and property teams on integrated client matters

Providing guidance to junior staff (if you’re ready to step into a mentoring role)
