Carrington's (WA) Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and highly organised Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you! This role is crucial in supporting our sales and operational functions, ensuring smooth processes from quotation to invoicing.

About the Role

As a Sales Officer, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of our sales and accounts departments. You'll collaborate closely with various teams, manage client interactions, and maintain meticulous records, contributing directly to our efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Planning team to prepare accurate job quotes, including required plans, staff, and equipment.

Complete Requests for Quotation (RFQs), assistance with invoicing of completed works, and prepare progress claims.

Attend regular meetings with key clients to ensure all jobs are quoted, confirmed, and booked.

Request purchase order amendments and upload invoices using Ariba/SAP.

Process purchase orders for suppliers.

Maintain clear and up-to-date records of all quotes and RFQs.

Monitor and track job times for key clients and liaise with the State Operations Manager.

Invoice clients for Traffic Management Plans upon confirmation from the TMP Design Coordinator.

Provide general support to the Accounts team as & where required.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP/Ariba is a significant advantage.

A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist where needed.
