ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an Office Administrator to help lead our Flagship Garden City store.

As a leader in our brand, you'll be responsible for helping Mazzucchelli's achieve its vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

As our Office Admin- you will oversee areas such as stock movement, organizational capability, business tracking, and general admin, clever communications and workforce planning. You will be responsible for making sure the famous Mazzucchelli's Sales Framework can be solely executed by our talented teams on our store floor with confidence and joy.

Whilst you are working alongside Sales Professionals in this incredible locations, you will ensure they're getting their most important jobs done.

Key Focus Areas will include:

Become the best retail workplace in Australia

Leading and growing a healthy performance-based culture

Maximizing individual client build

Understanding annual targets implement brand strategies

Positively contribute and become an advocate for Mazzucchelli's Brand Values

You will have a desire to be the best in the market at what you do. At 125 years young, our Mazzucchelli's stores are just getting started.

Hands-on experience: Some experience managing office tasks and big workloads.

Computer skills: Strong computer skills and knowledge of most programs
