Following a recent company-wide restructure, my client is now expanding and investing in its commercial leadership team. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a key territory and lead a team driving +$45 million in revenue.

I am looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the Consumer Products division in Victoria - the company's most commercially significant region. You'll be responsible for developing key account relationships and coaching a team to unlock growth opportunities across new and existing customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead a team of two Account Managers, supporting them with strategy, development, and client visits
• Manage and coach a Business Development Manager focused on securing new clients across the territory
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for some of the world's largest food and beverage brands
• Drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable revenue growth across a $45M+ portfolio
• Strengthen and expand relationships with major Food & Bev clients through high-level engagement
• Work closely with operations, quality, and leadership to deliver on service, innovation, and margin goals

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of senior sales experience, ideally in packaging, print, manufacturing, or FMCG
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Commercial acumen and experience managing significant P&L or regional revenue
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate others to build lasting client relationships
• Confidence in customer-facing roles, account strategy, and leading by example
