Own the Product Portfolio: Lead the full lifecycle of our waterworks products—strategy, design, development, launch, and performance.

Be the Market Expert: Use deep market insights to drive category leadership across ANZ. Know the trends, anticipate the needs, and shape the future.

Fuel Innovation: Collaborate with global R&D, engineering, and digital teams in Israel and Italy to align local market needs with cutting-edge technological developments.

Lead with Impact: Develop sales strategies, empower teams, and support major projects with technical expertise and compelling solutions.

Champion Customer Success: Engage directly with utilities, contractors, consultants, and government bodies—solving real-world water challenges with scalable, intelligent systems.

🔧 We’re Looking For Someone With:

A strong technical background (fluid dynamics, electrical or mechanical engineering) and a deep understanding of the water industry

Proven experience in product management, especially in complex, tech-enabled or industrial environments

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across borders

A commercial mindset—someone who sees opportunities, not just processes
