PERSOLKELLY is seeking Senior Business Analyst for their State Government Client based in Sydney.

The Senior Business Analyst (SBA) will develop a robust Business Requirements Document (BRD) to formalize the methodology for determining requirements for multiple projects

Key Responsibilities:

BRD Development - Create detailed Business Requirements Documentation covering objectives, scope, data methodologies, and functional needs aligned with stakeholder and regulatory standards.

Stakeholder Engagement - Conduct workshops and interviews to capture requirements, validate assumptions, and define acceptance criteria for staffing and workload models.

Data Framework - Standardise and Analyse site data for cleaning workload calculations; support the development of a structured data model for integration into staffing workflows. (e.g., area size, room types, floor materials, toilet fixtures, usage patterns).

Process Optimization - Identify automation opportunities, design workflows, and collaborate with IT for scalable system implementation.

Risk & Scope Management - Mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and establish validation processes to refine the model post-implementation.

Reporting & Communication - Develop clear dashboards and reports, provide regular project updates, and ensure long-term adoption through training and handover planning.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Business, Information technology or relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Working with tight timeframes and deadlines/
• Must have experience in Facility Management or Asset Management or Infrastructure.
