Our client is a PE-backed business about to embark on a workforce management transformation program across 130+ sites nationally, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and scalable technology solutions to support ongoing growth.

About the role
Reporting into the program lead, this role will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and validating rostering and T&A processes for a national WFM system rollout. The Business Analyst will partner with site-based stakeholders, system owners, and project teams across a complex, multi-site environment.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Design and configure future state rostering and time & attendance processes
• Support data migration and mapping of rostering templates across 130–140 sites
• Validate system configurations and triage defects during testing phases
• Engage with stakeholders to document and evolve current to future state workflows
• Ensure compliance with award interpretation and payroll processes

Skills and experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with WFM systems (e.g. Dayforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle)
• Proven ability in rostering analysis across complex, multi-site environments
• Strong grasp of T&A compliance and data-driven decision making
• Hands-on experience in leading WFM workstreams or projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A practical mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation
