Are you looking to relocate for your next Leadership role? Lead Group Healthcare have multiple Clinical Nurse positions available across various locations in Queensland, from coastal towns to city locations! Where would you like to go?

We work with various well-respected organisations, both for profit and not for profit, offering ample opportunities for professional growth and progression, in small to large sized homes!

The successful candidate will have extensive clinical experience with the ability to lead a team of RNs and provide oversight of clinical care and clinical documentation in the home, reporting directly to the Care Manager in each home.

Role Requirements

• Full time Australian working rights
• AHPRA Registration
• Extensive clinical experience in Aged Care
• In dept understanding of chronic disease management
• AN – ACC funding knowledge
• In dept understanding of accreditation process
