UAC West is a high-performance gym, basketball, and recovery facility with a fast-growing youth development program. We’re building something special — and we need the right Centre Manager to help lead the charge.

About the Role
This is a sales-driven leadership and operations role where you’ll drive new sign-ups, boost retention, lead front-of-house operations, and work closely with the Director, CFO, and Marketing team to move the business forward. You’ll bring fresh ideas, take ownership, and turn conversations into conversions. Commissions are available and can be lucrative for strong performers.

Key Responsibilities

Convert leads into active members and Academy athletes

Manage front desk, bookings, payments, and CRM data

Support marketing campaigns and member communications

Build strong relationships with members and parents

Drive team engagement and facility presentation

Represent UAC at events and tournaments

You’ll Need

Strong sales and people skills

1–2 years CRM experience (Go High Level preferred)

Experience in fitness, sport, or performance-based environments

Initiative, energy, and accountability

Creative problem solving and clear communication
