🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and grow our TikTok and Instagram accounts

Lead a team of UGC creators and oversee their content output

Turn raw creator content into scroll-stopping posts and ads

Manage our TikTok Business Centre and run paid campaigns

Recruit Glowming Australia’s key influencer for TikTok Shop

Collaborate weekly with the influencer on Live and staged content

Work autonomously and travel if needed for shoots or creator collabs

🎯 Who We're Looking For

Someone who backs themselves and thrives on performance

Proven experience in social-first marketing and content creation

Deep knowledge of TikTok trends, ads, and creator culture

Strong ability to work independently and deliver results

Comfortable building systems, recruiting talent, and scaling fast
