POSITION OVERVIEW
Send It! Social Club (formerly SportsPlus) is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to support our multi-venue competitive social experience brand. This role involves coordinating marketing initiatives across venues, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand implementation while responding to the unique needs of each location.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer
Works closely with: Venue Managers, Content Creator(s), Agencies, Clubs/landlord/partner marketing teams, suppliers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Venue Marketing Support (40%)
Serve as primary marketing contact for venue managers across all locations
Evaluate, prioritize and fulfill venue-specific marketing requests
Brief venue managers on campaigns, procedures and execution expectations
Adapt core marketing materials for local implementation
Coordinate with clubs/landlords for promotional activities for local venue events
Ensure consistent brand application across all venue communications
Evaluate campaign success at the local level
Digital Campaign Management (30%)
Manage owned media (EDMs, SMS) production & measurement
Update and manage website content
Update project software with progress on marketing activities
Brief agencies, design suppliers, content creators based on the marketing calendar
Track and report on campaign performance
Content Coordination (20%)
Collect and organize venue-generated content (photos, videos, stories)
Maintain digital asset library for all marketing materials
Coordinate content calendar across multiple venues
Ensure timely content distribution across channels
Support content creation for venue-specific promotions
Analytics & Reporting (10%)
Generate regular marketing performance reports for venues
Track venue-specific KPIs and campaign results
Identify opportunities for marketing optimization
Consolidate insights from multiple locations
Contribute to marketing strategy development
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years experience in marketing or communications
Marketing generalist
Experience with social media management platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Preferred
Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or venue marketing (but not essential)
Knowledge of behavioural economics
Familiarity with digital analytics tools
Understanding of local area marketing principles
Experience working with multiple stakeholders
Basic technical competence: CMS, digital screen software, AI tools, etc

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Full-time position (38 hours per week)
Occasional evening/weekend work required for events
Hybrid home/venue/office
