We’re seeking an energetic Media and Content Lead to join our dynamic Marketing Team, playing a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of compelling content strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth..

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Media and Content Lead who knows how to tell a great story—and get it seen. You’ll be the driving force behind how we show up in the media and online. With a strategic mindset and creative flair, you’ll shape our PR, lead social media, and produce engaging content that brings our brand to life. If you're obsessed with compelling content, audience engagement, and bold ideas, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

PR & Partnerships

Develop and lead PR strategies to support key seasonal events, including Jingle & Mingle and Santa photography activations.

Identify and secure brand partnerships that drive visibility and audience growth.

Collaborate with brands on co-branded marketing campaigns, event sponsorships, and competitions.

Seek new opportunities to amplify our media footprint through innovative collaborations.

Social Media

Build and manage a segmented social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), tailored to target distinct audience groups.

Curate and execute influencer campaigns that support awareness and drive engagement for Scene to Believe’s activations.

Develop a dynamic content calendar and ensure timely creation, editing, and publishing of content, especially short-form video.

Engage with online communities, responding to messages and comments to build a strong brand voice.

Support seasonal recruitment initiatives through paid social media advertising campaigns.

Track performance analytics and provide actionable insights to refine strategy and improve outcomes.

Content Creation

Write and publish monthly blog posts and case studies to spotlight client success stories and seasonal highlights.

Collaborate with Account Managers to gather client testimonials and feedback for marketing use.

Support ongoing updates to the Scene to Believe website, assisting the Marketing Manager with content maintenance and enhancements.

About You:

2–3 years’ experience in social media, PR, or content marketing roles.

A natural storyteller who is passionate about content creation and media engagement.

Strong visual and editorial instincts - you know how to make content pop.

Deep understanding of platform nuances across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Exceptional writing skills with a knack for tone, voice, and engaging copy.

Highly organised and deadline-driven, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Confident working independently, while also being a great team collaborator.

Working With Children Check or the ability to attain one
