Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Marketing & Content Manager to lead our marketing strategy, manage social media, create engaging content, and support key administrative functions across our gym locations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a leading fitness brand and make an impact across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Management

Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive membership growth and engagement

Manage campaigns across digital, print, and in-club channels

Oversee brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints

Social Media & Content Creation

Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms

Design branded graphics, film short-form videos, and capture real-time content from club events and member highlights

Monitor social trends and engage with the community online

Administrative Support

Assist with reporting, lead management, and database updates

Coordinate promotional events, collaborations, and in-club activations

Support day-to-day communication between head office and clubs

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing, content creation or social media management (fitness industry a bonus)

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, and social scheduling tools

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and travel between club locations as required

Passion for health and fitness
