The Property Coordinator will provide coordinated support across leasing, property sales, and property management activities, overseeing lease negotiations, site procurement, sales transactions, and end-to-end coordination across a diverse portfolio of residential and investment properties in Australia. Responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, review, and negotiate plans and variations related to property sales, leasing, and management services to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, landlords, tenants, and partners, and resolve issues arising during property transactions and rental management processes.
3. Manage documentation associated with property transactions, leasing, and management services, including contracts, lease agreements, and maintenance reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
4. Collaborate with real estate agents, property owners, tenants, property managers, and maintenance providers to ensure project and service goals are achieved on schedule.
5. Provide operational advice and feedback to senior management and assist in implementing decisions and improvement initiatives.
6. Prepare and review reports and proposals related to the company’s business activities, including leasing performance, customer feedback, and maintenance expenditure.
7. Collect and analyze data related to property sales, leasing, and management projects—such as occupancy rates, maintenance response times, and customer satisfaction—and compile outcome reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. A minimum of 6 years’ experience in project coordination in the residential property sales, leasing, and management sector.
2. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively manage cross-border communications and coordination.
3. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
4. Detail-oriented and capable of resolving complex issues, with a strong ability to drive projects to successful completion.
