About the role

Centralian Motors (Ford, Nissan, Suzuki, LDV & Isuzu Ute) is seeking a full-time Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team in Alice Springs NT 0870. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately interpreting and fulfilling customer parts requests, ensuring our customers receive the right parts for their vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

· Interpret customer parts requests and identify the correct replacement parts

· Efficiently locate and retrieve the required parts from our inventory

· Process customer orders and prepare parts for pickup or delivery

· Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management

· Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice to customers

· Collaborate with the service department to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs

· Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date with Nissan product knowledge

What we're looking for

· Proven experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter or in a similar automotive parts role

· Excellent product knowledge and ability to interpret parts catalogues and diagrams

· Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

· Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

· Proficiency in using computer systems and inventory management software

· A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing outstanding service
