You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of retained industry clients including healthcare, manufacturing, retail, sport, NFP, Construction & Education – providing tailored, pragmatic advice and support that makes a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll deliver a broad range of HR/ER services including:

Conducting workplace investigations (but will receive training!)

Facilitating change management initiatives

Managing employee relations issues and disputes

Coaching and mentoring leaders

Delivering training and development programs

Drafting and implementing performance management systems, policies and procedures

Providing guidance across key modern awards (SCHADS, Retail, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

A seasoned HR/ER generalist with relevant tertiary qualifications

Strong technical ability and sound judgment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience interpreting and applying complex awards and industrial instruments

Confidence working directly with executives, managers and employees

A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach

Consulting experience is highly regarded
