About the role:
This is a great opportunity for a motivated, client orientated Physiotherapist that must have a minimum of 1-3 years clinical experience.
- Bloom Healthcare is looking to expand its service offering in the local Brisbane market and is seeking to find a key member of our team to join our journey
- Professional Development is uncapped, however will be proportionate to your performance
- We are looking for highly motivated Physio that thrives on working independently, has the drive to help and grow a team
- You will be a high achiever in your field when it comes to providing a client centric and evidence based service
- You must be able to complete robust functional assessments and therapeutic interventions
- You must have a good awareness of how to provide good customer service across multiple stakeholders including parents, participants, support coordinators and allied health networks
- You will be able to assist with building on the training resources that already exist within the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy
- NDIS experience and understanding is highly preferable however as long as you have clinical experience, this is key
- A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
- Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate and validate repeat referral sources
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution
- Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
- AHPRA Registration
- Other qualifications specific to disability will be highly regarded
