Scope is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Workforce Planner to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you'll work closely with leaders and service teams to ensure our workforce is well-coordinated, compliant, and ready to deliver high-quality support to our clients.
At Scope, we work three days in the office and two days from home. One of the office-based days is in Hawthorn, but the other two can be in any of the following locations: Hawthorn, Glenroy, Glen Alen, Dandenong and Geelong.
What You’ll Be Doing As a Workforce Planner, you will:
- Partner with operational teams to create and manage efficient and compliant staff rosters.
- Support advanced leave planning and proactive short-notice shift filling to maintain service continuity.
- Build collaborative relationships across departments to ensure client service needs are met.
- Monitor attendance and scheduling data to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
- Provide insights and solutions that enhance workforce deployment and client outcomes.
About You You're someone who:
- Has experience in rostering or workforce coordination ideally in a large, diverse environment.
- Communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Uses critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find practical, sustainable solutions.
- Is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of people with disability.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in rostering or workforce planning (ideally in the community or disability sector).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Knowledge of (or a willingness to quickly learn about) the disability service sector.
- A commitment to collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Clearances
- Qualification in Disability or Community Sector Management (desirable).
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to get
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to getValid Driver’s Licence.
- International Police Check (if required based on your background).
- The right to work in Australia.
