🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all scheduling and workforce allocation functions across Victoria services
• Lead process redesign and continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and quality
• Provide strong people leadership, coaching and supporting your rostering team to meet KPIs and thrive
• Work closely with finance, HR, and service teams to ensure sustainable workforce planning
• Monitor workforce utilisation and capacity to optimise service delivery and financial outcomes
• Proactively resolve challenges and champion innovation in rostering practice

🔹 About You

• Proven experience in senior operations, workforce planning, rostering or service management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, support and develop teams
• Confident navigating change, continuous improvement, and building scalable systems
• Highly organised with excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• Experience with Carelink or similar rostering/CRM systems preferred
• Ideally has worked within the NDIS, health, aged care or community services sectors
• Available to work from the office initially to lead by example and establish team culture
