Sales Associate – Dynamic Real Estate Opportunity | Bankstown, Sydney

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Sales Associate with 1–2 years of real estate experience to join a leading estate agency servicing Sydney's vibrant Bankstown region. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a top-performing sales team, providing comprehensive support and contributing to continued success in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the lead agent throughout the entire sales process, ensuring seamless transactions and client satisfaction.
• Attend team meetings and property appraisals, contributing to strategic discussions and planning.
• Manage buyer enquiries and conduct post-inspection follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate open homes, auctions, and vendor communications, ensuring all events run smoothly.
• Assist with prospecting activities, including door knocking and letterbox drops, to generate new leads.
• Independently manage property listings from appraisal to settlement, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
• Make follow-up and prospecting calls to nurture client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain and manage the sales database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Attend photoshoots and prepare marketing materials to effectively promote listings.

About You

• Possess a current NSW Certificate of Registration.
• Have 1–2 years of experience in a real estate sales is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in progressing into a Sales Agent role in the near future.
• Exhibit a client-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Display confidence in managing client interactions both in person and over the phone.
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Be flexible to work Saturdays as required.SEEK
