About the Role

We are representing a highly experienced and established Real Estate Agent with a distinguished 20-year career in residential sales. An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Sales Associate to join this high-performing team, providing comprehensive support and contributing to continued success in the Eastern Suburbs market.

Key Responsibilities

• Nurture and manage client relationships, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Handle incoming enquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Conduct buyer callbacks and follow-ups to facilitate successful transactions.
• Manage sales campaigns, coordinating marketing efforts and property promotions.
• Assist with open homes and buyer inspections, presenting properties effectively.
• Support appraisals, valuations, photoshoots, and listing presentations.
• Engage in prospecting activities, including phone calls, letterbox drops, and door knocking.

Requirements

• A minimum of 24 months' experience as a Sales Associate in the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-level support to a leading sales agent.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with one rostered day off during the week.
