We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager to manage a portfolio of properties across the Sunshine Coast.

Job Title: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast
Salary: Up to $75,000 package

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist managing a clean and tidy portfolio from start to finish, including inspections, tenant selection, reports and maintenance.
• Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and fully compliant with regulations.
• Routine inspections, entry/exit inspections and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications Required:

• Experience in property management, with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and trades.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration, reliable vehicle is a must!
