About the role

Advanced One Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Admin Person/Junior Property Manager to join our team based in Darra QLD 4076. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a fulltime Junior Property Manager where you will play a key role in managing/creating a portfolio of residential properties and providing exceptional service to our clients

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of rental process, including marketing properties, conducting inspections, processing applications, and managing tenancies

Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the property management department

Effectively communicate with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth rental experience

Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained

Manage arrears and conduct regular Property inspections

Prepare routine reports and documentation

Supporting the property management team with various projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for

Relative experience in residential property management or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients

Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to priorities and multitask

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and real estate software applications

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service

Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations

Passion for providing high-quality support and commitment to accuracy
