About the Role

You’ll be managing a small, well-maintained portfolio, acting as the key liaison between landlords, tenants, and contractors. This role offers strong support, excellent tech, and no routine inspections - so you can focus on what you do best.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Managing leasing and tenant application processes

Conducting entry and exit inspections

Promptly managing maintenance requests

Issuing notices as required under tenancy legislation

Identifying and securing opportunities to grow the portfolio

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s professional, personable, and proactive. You’ll have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, highly organised, and the confidence to take initiative.

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 2 years’ experience in property management

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Sound understanding of maintenance coordination

Experience with PropertyMe and IRE software (an advantage)

A friendly, professional phone manner and well-groomed presentation

Good knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act

A current QLD Certificate of Registration and a valid driver’s licence
