As we expand our marketing team, we are looking for a creative and social-media-savvy Marketing Coordinator to help shape and grow our influence in the Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) speaking markets.

Who We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing content on Xiaohongshu (Red Notes) and WeChat Channels

Strong skills in video editing and visual content creation

Capable of planning and executing offline promotional events

Deep understanding of Australian real estate and economic trends, with the ability to write finance-related content

Familiarity with Facebook / Instagram / Google advertising is a plus (not mandatory)

Willingness to undertake short business trips as required

Key Responsibilities

Plan and create content for platforms such as Red Notes and WeChat Channels, including scripting, assisting in shooting, video editing, and graphic design

Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across platforms

Plan and implement social media campaigns; monitor analytics and optimise content performance

Assist in writing finance and real estate-related content, including market commentary and policy updates

Participate in offline marketing activities such as seminars, expos, and client events; assist with event setup and promotional filming

Support senior team members with other marketing-related tasks, including preparing documents, client briefs, and PowerPoint presentations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Media, Real Estate, or a related field

Prior experience in the Australian real estate industry is preferred

Minimum 2–3 years of experience independently managing RedNotes or WeChat Channels

Proficient in video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro) and graphic design software (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)

In-depth understanding of Chinese social media platforms and sensitivity to content trends in the Chinese-speaking community

Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, with strong proficiency in English

Creative thinker with excellent communication skills, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Able to work both independently and collaboratively, with flexibility for working hours and short-term travel
