Customer Care & Marketing Assistant (Luxury Fragrance Brand)

Full-Time | In-Office (Port Melbourne VIC) | Monday–Friday

We’re Kirri – a luxury Australian fragrance house blending nature, science, and storytelling to create elevated sensory experiences for the home.

As we grow, we’re looking for a full-time Customer Care & Marketing Assistant to join our team at our Port Melbourne HQ. This is an in-office only role (no remote work), ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across both customer experience and brand marketing.

The role is split approx. 2/3 customer care and 1/3 marketing support.

🔹 Customer Care – 2/3 of your time

Respond to customer enquiries via Gorgias (email, chat, and phone)

Maintain high CSAT and response time targets as part of our support KPIs

Answer phone calls professionally – clear, fluent English is essential

Use ChatGPT to create and maintain FAQ content and Gorgias Macros

Flag website bugs or marketing issues via Slack, tagging the appropriate internal teams

Support light admin tasks for our sales team, including quote follow-ups, order coordination, and tracking wholesale enquiries

Assist with general admin or operations tasks when customer volume is low

🔸 Marketing Support – 1/3 of your time

Help write and schedule email campaigns using Yotpo (subject lines, flows, basic copy)

Coordinate influencer gifting: sending briefs, tracking deliverables, and managing schedules

Support Instagram scheduling (Reels, Stories, Grid posts) and help write captions

Contribute to campaign planning: build calendars, prep briefs, and assist with content tasks

Write short-form content aligned to Kirri’s tone of voice (social captions, ads, etc.)

This is an entry-level role – perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to break into luxury eCommerce, fragrance, lifestyle, or beauty

Excellent written and spoken English

Highly organised, proactive, and a quick learner

Comfortable using tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Instagram – training on specific systems provided

A passion for premium design, storytelling, and customer experience

Experience with platforms like Gorgias, Shopify, Yotpo or Canva is a plus, but not required
