About the role

This full-time Repairs Coordinator position at PRQ Australia is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in the efficient operation Compliance department. As the Repairs Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the repair process for our clients' pallet racking systems, ensuring minimal downtime and a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and oversee the repair process for clients' pallet racking systems, including damage assessment, parts procurement, and scheduling of technicians.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on the status of their repair requests.

Liaise with internal teams, such as the operations and procurement departments, to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of repair work.

Maintain detailed records of all repair activities and costs, ensuring accurate reporting and billing.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the overall repair experience for clients.

Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships with our valued clients.

What we're looking for

Preferred but not required, experience in a client-facing, administrative or coordination role.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, technicians, and internal teams.

Proficient in using relevant software and technology, such as XERO, Google Business.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
