The Role:
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping solve problems, answer questions, and ensure every interaction is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Serving our customers; this will include at the retail store, and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Processing orders and invoices
Preparing quotes
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex cases; supporting departments and warehouse logistics
Stay up to date on product knowledge
Organising and maintaining presentation in the retail store
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine desire to help others
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a team
Proficient knowledge of Ms Office, quick learner for new programs
Experience with customer support tools (e.g. Zendesk) is a plus
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred, but not required. On the job training provided
Permanent residence / citizen of Australia
