HR Coordinator
Location: Brisbane | Hybrid
Work Type: Part-Time | 9-Day Fortnight (Week 1: Monday to Friday; Week 2: Monday to Thursday)

We’re looking for a sharp, highly organised HR Coordinator to help us deliver practical, high-impact HR support across our client base. You’ll work closely with our lead consultants on everything from onboarding and documentation to compliance, audits, and people diagnostics. Plus you’ll get exposure to what real business transformation looks like behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate day-to-day HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and record-keeping
Support recruitment, training rollouts, policy development and award interpretation
Assist in compliance checks, audits and diagnostics across key people and risk areas (we’ll train you)
Prepare reports, documents and insights that drive better decision-making
Communicate with clients, employees and stakeholders with clarity, confidence and urgency
What You’ll Learn

How to support diagnostics that go deeper than engagement surveys
How to deliver training, not just attend it
Requirements
About You
1+ years’ experience in a HR support or coordination role
You like getting things done fast, and done well — no hand-holding needed
Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Systems-focused, strong attention to detail, and clear documentation habits
Familiar with Fair Work legislation and modern awards
Hold a relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
