It is a diverse role. As sales administrator, you need to provide exceptional customer service to our trade customers face to face and develop new customers. You will assist customers in generating orders and specific enquiries about our products and services.

This role is immediately start with full supported training

About the role:

Conducting sales presentation and following up leads

Assisting with phone enquiries for sales and product information

Proactively identifying and establishing prospective leads

Maintain and foster strong customer relations

Developing and executing strategy to meet KPI’s

General administration as required

Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards for the glass and aluminium industry

What we want from you:

At least 1 year sales experience in a sales role, preferably in shower screens/mirrors and glass balustrade

Previous experience in cold calling, call centres, lead generation

Target driven

Effective communication skills and time management

A desire to learn and the ability to work in a competitive environment
