Are you a content coordinator who can manage multi-brand calendars, create high-quality assets with design and video tools, and deliver campaigns with speed, clarity and consistency?

As we scale toward our goal of certifying 1M+ professionals by 2027, we’re hiring a Content Marketing Coordinator who lives for planning, precision and creative execution. You’ll help bring our brands to life through content that’s high-quality, on-brand and built to grow.
This is a fast-paced, high-output content role, perfect for someone who thrives in a digital-first, creative team and knows how to deliver content that’s on-brand, on-time and built for social performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Content Workflow & Project Management
Manage high-frequency content calendars across multiple brands, planning at least two weeks ahead and aligning closely with strategic input from the Brand & Events Manager.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (videographers, designers, writers) to deliver content on time, remove workflow blockers and keep production moving smoothly
Social Media Growth & Execution
Develop and execute channel-specific strategies across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, using tools like Canva and CapCut to produce short-form content from other produced assets and templates.
Leverage trend intelligence and platform algorithm insights to create content that scales.
Lead performance reviews of content output, and maintain an internal “what’s working” tracker, sharing key insights, platform shifts and creative best practices with the wider team.
Copywriting & Brand Messaging
Write and edit on-brand, conversion-focused copy for social captions, email campaigns, website banners and product launches.
Ensure consistent tone, energy, and brand voice across all assets.
Audience Engagement & Community
Manage day-to-day audience interactions across the relevant business unit’s social media platforms, engaging with direct messages, comments and tags to build a strong, connected and growing community.
Collaborate with the PR & Influencer team to activate partnerships and co-branded content campaigns.
Content Ideation & Creative Direction
Generate weekly and monthly creative content themes aligned with brand narrative, wellness trends, and seasonal campaigns.
Stay up to date on social platform updates, trends, and competitor activity—bringing fresh, bold ideas to the table.
Participate in team brainstorms and planning sessions, offering creative concepts for upcoming campaigns and launches.
Collaborate with the Brand & Events Manager on campaign rollouts, supporting content creation for brand activations, digital launches, and key calendar moments.
Who You Are
You have 2–3 years of experience in content coordination, social media or digital publishing
You’re passionate about wellness, fitness or nutrition and understand how to connect with audiences in this space
You’re confident using Canva and CapCut, as well as scheduling tools like Later or Meta Suite to plan, create and deliver content
You have strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging, personality-rich content
You’re highly organised, detail-obsessed and thrive in fast-paced, creative environments
You’re comfortable using AI tools to support content creation and to improve and manage workflow efficiency
You understand what works on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok and know how to adapt content to suit each platform
