Key Responsibilities:
Creator Identification and Onboarding: Research, vet, and recruit UGC creators and influencers who align with brand values and target audiences. Analyse past performance and engagement data to ensure creators can drive conversions. Negotiate partnership terms and onboard creators to build a reliable creator network.
Content Briefing and Guidance: Develop clear, actionable creative briefs incorporating performance marketing best practices (e.g., messaging, CTAs). Provide creators with guidance on video ad strategies to boost engagement and conversions. Review and approve content to ensure brand alignment and quality.
Creator Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables for UGC and influencer campaigns. Track progress, assign tasks, and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Establish and track KPIs to measure campaign success. Analyse performance data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
Creative Collaboration: Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and platform-specific strategies. Provide constructive feedback to enhance content quality and performance.
Budget and Risk Management: Manage project budgets to maximize ROI and proactively address risks (e.g., delays, scope creep) to keep production on track.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and performance marketing best practices to inform campaign strategies.
You’ll Bring:
Hands-on experience as a UGC creator or influencer, with a track record of creating content for brands, OR proven experience managing content creators at an agency or brand.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, particularly what drives video ad conversions on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.
Excellent project management skills, with experience juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Creative flair, with the ability to provide actionable feedback to creators to elevate content quality.
Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to optimize campaigns and report results.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Click Up, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).
