🎙️ About the Role

As our Digital & Social Content Producer, you’ll lead content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and podcast platforms. You’ll work closely with the coaching and marketing teams to craft compelling short-form video, podcast episodes, and social-first storytelling that drives engagement, trust, and brand growth.

From capturing transformation stories to producing snackable, value-packed content that educates and entertains, this role is ideal for a creative with a sharp eye for trends and a deep understanding of what makes audiences care.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📱 Content Production

Film, edit, and post short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Carousels).

Own the content calendar across key social platforms.

Plan and edit long form podcast content episodes, including managing uploads, update show notes, episode descriptions and SEO optimised tiles.

Create promotional content: audiograms, clips, quote graphics.

Write punchy, on-brand copy and captions for short-long form content.

Create templates or reusable formats for content series.

🎥 Content creation:

Ideate, script, film (when necessary), and edit (also when necessary) high-performing video content alongside MC & LS (Reels, TikToks, Stories).

Play a director role on shoots to ensure they run to plan/script and/or make changes as necessary on the fly

Develop social tiles, reels, and stories using brand our assets.

Ability to capture and edit still and video content (as provided by LS & MC)

Collaborate with our third party videographers, producers, editors and designers Graphic Designers for advanced creative needs

Write & repurpose written content (blogs, case studies, etc.) into compelling social posts

Attend photo shoots to capture behind-the-scenes video content as required

📈 Strategy & Analytics

Contribute to the development of & execute the content & brand strategies for Carroll Group social media presence, including for the personal brands of Lauren Simpson & Coach Mark Carroll

Execute against agreed strategies, implementing tactics

Develop strategies to grow social media presence and audience engagement, with ties back to business performance (leads, website visits, app downloads and ultimately revenue)

Brainstorm fresh content ideas, pitch trending topics and viral opportunities

Collaborate with videographers and graphic designers to produce high-quality content

Monitor and analyse social media performance by data analysis

Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and tools

Track and report performance across platforms.

Identify what’s working and why—then iterate accordingly.

Share actionable insights with marketing and creative leads.

Spot and apply trends before they peak to keep content culturally relevant.

🧠 What You Bring

2–4 years in a social media or digital content role.

Strong video editing and storytelling skills.

Podcast production and editing experience.

An instinct for short-form hooks, timing, and platform tone.

Deep understanding of trends across TikTok and Instagram.

Clear communicator, collaborative team player, and highly organized.

Passion for fitness, health, and helping people transform their lives.

Needs to be obsessed with aesthetic vibes, viral trends, and creating content!

Proficiency in video production & graphic design with demonstrated experience in platforms like FinalCut/Premier Pro/Capcut, Photoshop/Canva, and Later

Experience with Social Media Scheduling & Analytics (eg Buffer, Sprout, Later etc)

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

💡 Bonus Points For

Comfort appearing in or voicing social content.

Canva or light graphic design skills.

Experience with Reels templates or TikTok Creator Tools.

Experience in a coaching, fitness, or women’s health brand.
